- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property you want inspected.
- Details about your property issue: what you noticed (for example a stain, musty smell, AC leak, or mold), when it started, and whether you own, rent, or manage the home.
- Messages and photos you send us by WhatsApp, text, email, or social media.
- Inspection records: moisture readings, photos, and notes we take at your property if you book a visit.
- Basic technical data: Facebook, Instagram, and our web host may record standard information such as your device type and how you reached our ad or page. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we collect it
- Forms on our website.
- Lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Instant Forms). When you submit one, Meta shares the answers you give with us.
- Calls, WhatsApp messages, texts, and emails you send us.
- Our visit to your property, with your permission.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and schedule a free inspection.
- To perform water mitigation, mold remediation, assessments, and emergency tarping services you ask for, and to send estimates and invoices.
- To give you copies of photos, moisture logs, and documentation of the work.
- To follow up about your request, including reminders if we haven't been able to reach you.
- To keep business records and meet legal and licensing requirements.
Phone, text, and WhatsApp
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call, text, or WhatsApp you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP, telling us in the chat, or calling (954) 546-0093. We do not send marketing texts unrelated to your request without your consent.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With people working on your job, such as our technicians and an independent licensed mold assessor if one is needed.
- With service providers that help us run the business (for example email, scheduling, cloud storage, and messaging tools), who may use it only to provide those services.
- With your insurance company, public adjuster, landlord, or property manager only if you ask us to or give us permission.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

How long we keep it
We keep lead information for up to 2 years if no work is done, and job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below), unless we are required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
