Questions

Why don't you test the mold yourselves?

Florida law keeps mold assessment and mold remediation separate on the same project, so the person who tests isn't the one paid to remove it. We coordinate an independent licensed assessor for you.

How long does remediation take?

Most residential jobs take 1 to 4 days depending on the size of the affected area, plus drying time if there was a leak.

Do I have to leave my home?

Usually not. Containment keeps the work area sealed off from the rest of the house.
